As the Client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the performance of the background check services. You also agree to obtain all necessary consents and authorizations from individuals subject to background checks.

The information obtained during background checks is provided for the sole use of the Client and may not be disclosed or shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the individuals concerned. The Client agrees to use the information obtained for lawful purposes only.

We treat all information obtained during background checks as confidential and take appropriate measures to safeguard it against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
